1) I have been trying to book a room through the hotel's website bat it does not seem to apply special offers, am I doing anything wrong?

- NO, upon reservation our website does not show any special offers applied. Our staff will apply all the special offers applicable. Please contact our staff for further information and/or clarification.

2) Is it possible to reach the hotel by car?

- YES, it is possible to reach Via San Spiridione, the street crossing Via San Nicolò (the pedestrian street where the hotel's entrance is situated), where a parking space for unloading luggage reserved for the Hotel Continentale is located. Please visit the Our Location page for further information.

3) Do the rooms have fitted carpet?

- NO, all rooms have oak wood parquet floor.

4) What time is it possible to check-in? And to check-out?

- Check-in time is 12:00 pm.
   Check-out time is 11:00 am.

5) Are pets allowed?

- Generally YES, but only on request. A little daily supplement will be charged to do proper cleaning.

6) Do you have smoking rooms?

- YES, on request it is possible to stay in a smoking room.

7) Is it possible to access the internet if I do not want to bring my laptop?

- YES, a computer with printer is at guests' disposal for any need, anytime.
